Regional Corporate Communications Manager

Job Summary

The Regional Corporate Communications Manager will develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for the North American organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission. This person will collaborate closely with global colleagues and ensure relevance and consistency of branding and messaging across North America.

The Regional Corporate Communications Manager will collaborate globally to bring regional input to a global Corporate Communications platform as well as regionalize global communications for internal and external platforms. The Regional Corporate Communications Manager will engage with raising tesa’s brand in industry trade publications across select industrial markets within North America.  In addition, the role will manage the digital development and ongoing maintenance of the website, new Intranet platform, and internal digital messaging systems. This position creates a unifying voice for the company both internally and externally.

  • Crisis communications
  • General communications (i.e. price increases, customer notifications, announcements)
  • Daily news scans – competitive monitoring
  • Monitor digital channels for brand references and reputation management
  • Analytics
  • Contract management and budget management
  • Manage Corp Comm purchases via Pure/Ariba
  • Websites & Social Media
  • Intranet / tesaSky / Digital Signage planning, content, and coordination
  • Brand Ambassador
  • Assist with drafting, reviewing and editing content for company messages, including but not limited to emails, videos, internal intranet postings, PR, newsletters, presentations and other communication channels
  • Ensure internal and external messages are delivered consistently and aligned with the company's strategic goals and branding
  • Creatively develop content for tesaSky, digital signage, ttNA intranet leveraging storytelling, to foster employee and community engagement
  • Develop, review and provide guidance on communication and policies for company-wide distribution
  • Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives
  • Provide review and support to cross-functional teams on messaging and branding to targeted teams or work groups
  • Support internal digital communication platforms
  • Manage tesa’s brand listings and placements in the market
  • Regularly measure and present results of communication efforts
  • Experience with digital communications & platform
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, public relations or related field
  • 7-10 years relevant work experience desired
  • Must have excellent proficiency in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proficient with graphic design software programs (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Able and willing to travel as required – estimated 15% out of state
