Your Tasks

  • Develop thermally conductive adhesive fomulations
  • Coordinate development of thermally conductive adhesive tapes in an international R&D Organization
  • Initiate and manage Technology Development Projects
  • Provide technical consultation for business cases and translate customer needs and applications into tape requirements
  • Simulate thermal conductivity in particle filled polymer compounds based on own know-how or in cooperation with external partners
  • Set up relevant application tests to characterize thermal management properties of PSA tapes
  • Manage intellectual property rights related to thermally conductive materials
  • Broaden tesa´s presence in scientific and business network

Your Profile

  • University degree or PhD in Engineering, Chemistry or Physics (with focus on Material Science)
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience
  • Experienced in the field of gap pads, TIMs, gap fillers, thermally conductive adhesives or potting compounds as well as related material know-how
  • Solid know-how in the area of thermally conductive polymer compound development
  • Strong problem solving skills and an innovative attitude
  • Team spirit and service mentality
  • Fluent english, German language skills appreciated
