What You Will Be Doing:

  • Learn the business of making tape in a clean, well-organized production setting
  • Work alongside one of our technical experts to be trained through a clear, step by step process for the first month or so
  • Using computer panels with programmed controls, independently run your machine to produce a variety of products for our customers
  • Monitor machine operations, looking for issues that may need attention
  • Use your skills and judgment to make adjustments to ensure product quality
  • Working on 2nd or 3rd shift – perfect for a student (we have tuition reimbursement too!)

  • +$.75/hr or the Minimum of pay band each time you learn a new machine

  • Increased earnings from voluntary overtime, increasing your quarterly bonus
  • 401k match and an annual profit-sharing contribution of up to 7% of annual earnings

Who You Are:

  • Since our jobs are not assembly or simple machine operation, we invest a lot of time into training.  Therefore, we seek people who have demonstrated the ability and willingness to stick with a job – a stable work history
  • Manufacturing experience is not required, but computer literacy and mechanical aptitude are
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent and ongoing future basis without requiring sponsorship
  • You are a self-starter able to work well alone or on a team
  • You value a work environment where there is mutual respect, trust in management, and everyone’s voice matters
